I think this one isn’t as across the board… if your goal is ONLY to be slim then sure, but a lot of us want muscle bb. Big butts, big thighs. Different goals. Weight lifting feels so strong and great.

best way to still work out and not raising your cortisol is to dance madly at your fav songs..... you ll have fun still moving... so this tension harmone woll not spike
