Realistically, the fact, the cops are legally allowed to lie to you like this is ridiculous and it’s one of the reasons why people do not trust the law and the police officers sheriffs highway patrol blah blah blah acting like they’re enforcing the law when they’re enforcing feelings and enforcing their liesbecause they’re allowed to lie and then they’re covered under immunity, even when they’re clearly breaking laws and lying to the people instead of serving and protecting the people that are paying their salaries for them to do so
