The most fair one is against Saber who doesn't use 100% EA. Because in the Sakura's route, as arrogant as he is, he doesn't believe in his clairvoyance or doesn't use it. In the Rin's route, the same reason as the Sakura's route and he doesn't use Ea like he did against the corrupted Holy Grail and not use Golden armor. Ishtar who makes the player play in jjs that interrupts the fights and also Humwawa. in Fate/extra I think for the same reason as the Sakura's route

jokes aside i genuinely think there's no current better character writer than nasu , gil who isn't even the main antagonist in most storylines and more niche servants get so much love from the community, like all he does is aura farm and die 😭
