I’ve had 15+ surgeries; I always knew that surgeon’s (and the whole team) were amazing, intelligent, miracle workers; but watching your videos blows my mind with jus how much goes on during the surgery. Even during the ones I was awake during (local anesthesia) I didn’t realize what was going on.

Yeah Brillant way the explain it !! , "I completely agree with you. I would add that every surgeon must develop bimanual dexterity, as we are often required to perform critical tasks with our non-dominant hand. In ENT, particularly in endoscopic surgery, you frequently have to ensure proper exposure of the surgical site with your non-dominant hand while operating with your dominant hand. At times, the anatomical layout forces you to reverse these roles, and you must be prepared to adapt accordingly."
