Josun Palace in Gangnam was great. The dry cleaning closets were clutch in the hot weather due to the unusual amount of sweating.

It’s a pain the ass for taxis and cars during the weekend because of all the planned protests in that area. It takes forever to get out and in. Agree the buffet is stellar!

I've stayed at Signiel and Four Seasons. To me there's no question that FS is an all around higher level experience. In the end, picking a hotel in Seoul is way more about where you plan to be active given how many good 5 star properties there are around the metropolitan area.

Just the hotel is too expensive for what it is, the Jw marriott dongdaemun is as good as a hotel, and is cheaper, location might feel different as the fashion market might make it feel outdated but DDP is close and one of the gates is the view of the restaurant. Service top notch too.
