I was very very shy through my school years and extremely quiet. When i was asked to read, I’d freeze up and when i did read, i was told it was very quiet and soft. Maybe you’re style of teaching and engagement really helped him

I have an autistic little brother who used be non verbal who unfortunately can’t read but whenever he does something or learns something is school he loves to show me, he would often to coloring sheets and tracing and he likes to point out the colors he uses on the sheets.
