@evolved_444: The vast majority of people are doing the 90/90 hip switch WRONG… and they don’t even realize it. The goal of the 90/90 hip switch isn’t speed. It’s controlled hip rotation. When your legs are at the wrong angle or you’re whipping side to side, you’re not training the hips, you’re just compensating with your lower back. Here’s how to actually do it right: • Your front leg should be around 90° at the hip and knee • Your back leg should also be near 90° • Sit tall through your spine • Move slow and controlled, not fast • Let the hips rotate, not the lower back This drill trains internal and external hip rotation, which improves: ✔ Hip mobility ✔ Knee health ✔ Squat depth ✔ Low back stability ✔ Athletic movement Slow it down. Not one size fits all… You have to start somewhere… If you’re doing windshield wipers it’s better than not doing windshield wipers. That’s a place to start and then you have something called progression…🙄
