Preheat oven to 330°F. 2. Beat eggs and granulated sugar substitute together for 2–3 minutes until glossy and slightly thickened. 3. Mix in egg whites, melted light butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla. 4. Fold in dry ingredients until just combined. 5. Fold in chocolate chips. 6. Pour batter into a sprayed 7, 8, or 9 inch pie tin, filling just below the rim. 7. Bake for 20–24 minutes, or until edges are set and center still has a slight jiggle. 8. Let cool completely before slicing so the crispy top fully sets.
