Do you do video visits? I have panic disorder / panic attacks since 2010. I’m so done dealing with this I asked for medication ( for the first time 20 days ago) they gave me Zoloft and klonipin for bad attacks. Heck I have not after in a restaurant in like 5 years and so much more. Would I need a referral to use my insurance for video visits with you and if you’re out of state I wonder how insurance would work

I simply TELL the therapist “that doesn’t work for me” or of if I try it and it doesn’t work or O have trouble with whatever it is, I tell them that too. Communication is vital.

I can tell you this for certain, let’s say I worked part time, I’d be getting a lot more accomplished. I agree 💯 yeah my mine doesn’t care about lifestyle
