I was told to take b12 daily due to low levels and have been dealing with a rosacea flare for 2 months! Doctors and derms keep telling me it isn’t that but it’s the only change I’ve made. Levels have gone up significantly

My optic nerve is on fire since starting b12 for deficiency. I can see bright green floater. I had severe neurological symptoms so assume this is part of reversing out symptoms why and praying it will stop soon.
