@buyherepayherepops: 20 years in the car business and I’ll be honest… I never thought I’d like a Subaru this much. I just drove this Subaru Outback and it honestly surprised me. First thing that caught my eye was the color. It’s this beautiful deep green that just stands out. Not flashy… just classy. The kind of color that makes you look twice. Then you get inside and it feels even better. The leather seats feel rich, heated seats, navigation, lane assist, lane departure warning, the Subaru Starlink system, and an upgraded Harman Kardon sound system that sounds incredible. Even little details like the Subaru lights in the mirrors and the fog lights — you can tell a lot of thought went into the design. And the drive… smooth. Really smooth. It just feels solid and well built. One thing I’ve always heard from mechanics is Subaru’s symmetrical all-wheel-drive system is one of the best out there, especially for snow. I’m curious if that’s actually true though. Mechanics — I want your opinion. Subaru owners — tell me why you love them. What’s wild to me about Subaru is they have two totally different worlds of customers. On one side you’ve got the WRX crowd — turbo, fast, aggressive, Fast & Furious vibes. On the other side you’ve got the Outback crowd — hiking boots, Birkenstocks, a dog in the back, and heading out on a nature trail. Two completely different lifestyles… same brand. Honestly I think Subaru should lean into that even more in their marketing because it’s pretty unique. And here’s the funny part — this might be the first Subaru I’ve been in that didn’t have dog hair everywhere. I’ve got four kids so I need a third row vehicle… but if I didn’t, I’d drive this car in a heartbeat.
