I have a really similar story but I think someone did this to me. At my old job there was a guy who we never really talked but there was a point where I honestly was pretty rude to him and said something I shouldn’t have, after that he literally never talked to me or acknowledged my existence but always felt really bad. One night I had a dream and he was in it and I apologized to him in the dream and we had a conversation. Next day I swear to god.. I go into work and he’s all of sudden being friendly to me, talking to me, playful banter.. mind you he was literally pretending I didn’t exist the whole time before that dream. I don’t know if maybe I unconsciously entered his dream and apologized or if he entered my dream trying to get an apology but either way, I know that was real.

I can do this, I’ve used to for long distance relationships, but mine started in high school, I don’t know if I entered their dreams if they entered mine, but I could absolutely control the dream

I have never observed others dreams that I know of but I have had dreams where I am fully aware that I am another person. I don’t know if that makes sense.

She should have an object that brings her back.( Like inception) Like something that she keeps in her room. She can take it into her dream world and it can be an anchor. It has to have emotional significance to work best.

A lot of my dreams don’t feel like they’re about me at all. Instead, I experience life as if I’m someone else entirely.. living an ordinary life, going to school, shopping, attending festivals, or even being sent to prison. Sometimes these lives seem to take place in the past, and they often involve difficult or emotional experiences. In one dream, I was a man who was shot in the head. I woke up from that dream completely distraught and crying, as though I had truly lived it. The way I interpret these dreams is that they are parallel lives, all unfolding in the same eternal present. Rather than being any one of these individuals, I see myself as the observer..the awareness through which countless experiences are happening simultaneously.

i recently had a LD where i developed the ability to hide inside a host body and spy on peoples conversations. only advanced spirits could sense me but i hopped out my sleep before i got caught😭

so im too scared to lucid dream, i dont mess with that. BUT! I have been able to influence what happens in my dreams before I go to bed. I had reoccurring nightmares and I would plan before I went to bed what I was going to do to fix it. Then in some capacity it would happen. Only after big life events would I "solve" the dream
