My apartment-raised dog just had the wildest weekend of his life and let me tell you, farm life wore him OUT. 😂 We pulled up to my grandparents’ place on Friday, and he immediately transformed from “polite city gentleman” to “professional squirrel chaser.” He explored every inch of the yard like it was his personal kingdom, sniffed all the grass, rolled in things I’d rather not identify, and made friends with a very patient barn cat. 🐕🐓🌾 By Saturday, he was confidently supervising tractor rides, chasing imaginary critters through the fields, and patrolling the property like a tiny furry security guard. I swear he had a sparkle in his eye like, “This is my calling.” But somewhere between chasing leaves and running laps around the barn, he forgot that he’s usually a dog who naps 16 hours a day. Fast forward to Sunday evening, we get in the car to head home, and within five minutes his eyelids were drooping. He fought it at first, trying to keep his head up like, “No, I’m fine, I can stay awake…” but the farm weekend hit him like a freight train. 😴 His head kept bobbing, eyes half-shut, until finally he surrendered to the sweetest, most exhausted little nap. СЫРНЫЕ ШАРИКИ🔥 Ингредиенты: - Сыр - 200 гр - Яйца - 2 шт - Мука - 2 ст.л - Панировочные сухари - 50 гр Сыр натираем на мелкой тёрке, добавляем 1 белок и перемешиваем. Отдельно смешиваем 1 желток и 1 целое яйцо. Добавляем муку, хорошо перемешиваем. Из сырной массы формируем небольшие шарики, обваливаем в кляре и панировочных сухарях. Если это не темпура, то лучше обвалять 2 раза кляр-сухари. Обжариваем во фритюре на маленьком огне ~10 сек.
