As a Buddhist this shit is killing me 🤣💀 and Tukdam is like the final stage of mediation where only few highly qualified monks do this where they don’t eat anything and start meditating and eventually get mummified and the surprising thing is that the body also known as kuu doesn’t smell at all but gives out a very pleasant smell and there are more ways of meditating where monks pass away and are said to reach enlightened and rainbow body is a meditation practice done by very experienced or renowned monks.
