I see the angle about pharmaceutical companies, but this feels a bit oversimplified. The same system you’re criticizing is the one that funds trials and proves safety and efficacy. Doctors absolutely care about patients, but evidence-based medicine depends on research infrastructure that pharma largely pays for. Undermining trust in that process doesn’t really help patients.

He’s absolutely correct!! The baseline is that it does something…then they know it’s worth investing further to test 1. If it’s safe and 2. It’s efficacy. Once they have positive results in these trials, they submit for approval. Only then do they move to clinical IV trials which now allows them to see real world data on people who use it.

Some Science is never settled, experimental I would say like C0V!d 💉 they claim safe but in a few years we won’t know the consequences as it was rushed and was also experimental but peptides claimed not safe until more studies, also experimental in its own.
