1) the quality of the product you’ve been using must’ve been soo soo bad. 2) how much money do you have to be able to afford such amounts of product?! It really takes time and effort to get to that level.

the note needs to be pushed all the way to the top of the nose to prevent nose damage - otherwise gear is left inside your nose eating away at your nose - this isn't 100% fool proof but gives you a longer run of being able to sniff without destroying your nose

Ive experienced the exact same. Carried on even after I saw the hole, its madness really. Im in rehab now tho

When I first started doing it I’d have a bloody nose for days. Doesn’t happen anymore, which is the opposite of what I’d expect

The drug didn't cause the hole in my nose it didn't help but my aniexty got that bad I started picking and I actually picked through the inside of my nose. it's been there over 2yrs now hospital cancelled my last appointment and my doctors keep referring me and we aren't getting anywhere
