I have NEVER seen another single person with hemiplegic migraines and I’m seeing you all. I feel so seen. I’ve just had beta blockers in the base of the skull for mine and they’re working great so far. Best of luck to all my fellow HM sufferers

I don’t have chronic migraines but I get them like once a week. And the best thing for me is to lay down in a very hot bath while running ice cold water over my head. But it’s very annoying when the bath water gets cold by it or when it’s overflowing 🤷♀️so basically make yourself super warm and your head super cold

my fav is the head soothe stick i apply it like 5 times space 10 mins apart it’s great for relief but doesn’t completely eliminate 😔

For me, Nurtec and a mini can of Coca-Cola Classic (can’t be Diet or Zero) is that gurl! 💅🏻 I also love Qulipta but am trying to switch off of it bc it gives me terrible heartburn 😭
