I was OBSESSED with vampire academy in middle and high school. The main character is 17 and her soulmate is like 24. I was 16 and fell in love with a 21yo. We are married with kids now, but I literally didn’t see the big deal when I was younger but I think it’s because I had my vampire academy rose colored glasses on 😅 learned to definitely watch for what my teenagers will be reading and watching 😂

I wanted to get married fresh out of college and my husband was like nah wait until 25 and then I wanted a baby fresh married but my husband was like nah and then my body was like nah you waiting until 29 so 😂😂 so I guess fate gave me a regular timeline when I craved the twilight timeline

my husband and I have been together since 17. he decided to go into the Marines senior year. I was going to go into the navy but chose to be with him instead cause everyone said if we went into different branches then we should just break up. I chose him instead of the Navy. as a 31 yo now it definitely worked out but also as a 31 year old, it was an absolutely INSANE decision to make as a 18yo.

I read every book while I was pregnant with my oldest. Went to every single midnight release for the movies. Was at Walmart every time at midnight when the dvds came out lmao Proud to announce my almost 17yr old is also obsessed now as well 🤭😅

I co-signed a $40k truck after only dating my now husband for only 3 months. I’m gonna try to leave that detail out of our love story when talking to my girls come their dating era 😅 With my track record in picking men (before him) there was slim to none of a chance that it should’ve worked out 🤣 (we also started trying for a baby embarrassingly quick into dating lol)

I forced my husband to get me the books over again since his friends wife “borrowed” mine so I got the anniversary addition. He opened the closet and saw I had already purchased a set from goodwill for $15. A girl can never have too many copies. I binge watch them every month and he fusses. My almost 6 year old son is obsessed with twilight and watches with me my husband hates it. My son will run up to him and say see he sparkles in the sun that’s why he can’t go outside on nice days 😂😂😂

I think the movie is just so different, the first was supposed to be a low key indie film and the nostalgia of it is unmatched with other similar genres. I LOVE the first movie with a passion and the others are okay 😂
