Marinate chicken in pickle brine + seasonings (30 min). 2. Whisk egg wash ingredients. 3. Mix dry coating ingredients. 4. Coat chicken: egg → flour → egg → flour. 5. Rest on rack 5 min. 6. Fry at 350°F / 175°C for 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
