My Opinion :

Why would there be a draft? the US military has 1.3mil active personnel and about 700k reserves. also the IRGC is easy to see its not like vietnam or afgahnistan/iraq where the enemy blends in with locals. they are a conscription military. so that will cause less casualties. plus technology has greatly improved. no need for a draft.
