My 2020 Silverado sounded like this and I got a diagnostic and dealership told me it’s misfiring, couldn’t tell me solid, they say it needs Cams and Lifters .

Can phaser I have fix this problem with valve medic oil detergent. It could be worth a try.

Yes. My 2019 same issue. 4 grand later with a complete overhaul and we traded it in. Ended up with a new transfer case.
