I don’t think I can take Reta, I only have a protein bar in the morning with a protein shake, mind you I wake up at 1:30 am and I take that around 6 am then my next meal is around 2 and that’s it. I think I’m leaning towards just Tesa to lose some fat but I think my appetite is good enough
