The first exercise is meant to warm up and train your rotator cuffs but the way you are doing them isn't really targeting them. The path of resistance is going downward due to gravity—providing no tension on your rotator cuffs. Instead you should do those unilaterally with cables because then the path of resistance is horizontal which is actually targeting the rotator cuffs. Or you could sit down, bring your knee up and closer, and place your elbow on top of the knee and move your in towards your body—like you're arm wrestling. Then the downward tension due to gravity is actually beneficial for targeting the rotator cuffs. And those "rear delt raises" are just another variation of lateral raises, like what????
