Protein 48g / Calorie 683 Recipe (serves 1): *click link in bio for full recipe details and full ingredients list x -Cook brown rice in chicken bone broth or stock until fluffy. -In a bowl, mix 1½ tbsp olive oil, juice of ½ lemon, 1 minced garlic clove, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp dried oregano, salt and pepper. -Use marinade to coat butterflied chicken breast and veggies. -Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken breast for 3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through, then remove and let it rest. -In the same pan, cook the veggies for 5–6 minutes until softened and slightly charred.
