I've crohns I've been diagnosed with it for 6 months now and I just can't gain weight properly and just 2 months after stopping iron pills I've got anemia again and I just wonder if I can get fit like muscular or not cz that's my goal and I try to workout enough and eat enough as well cz if I eat alot in a short period of time it might cause me a flareup and im worried that even if I eat as much as I can my body won't absorb nutrients from it any help?

My sister has Crohn’s.. we didn’t know until she got into a car accident, the drs always told her that she was just allergic to things, because she threw up allllll the time, but when she got into her accident I guess they did some like test, and saw it, I feel so bad for her always
