one of the really messed up things about working for an organization that does not care about you is that the culture is super super toxic. a lot of times you leave that job and no one will speak to you. mid times is definitely one of these places. you're literally up against those monsters who create that toxic environment. their world will wear you down sometimes when you come in contact with it because it's not who you are. try to remember that when you feel this way. their "ick" is getting on you is how I like to think of it lol. and I remind myself that they have to live with themselves. hope that helped at all❤️
