I’ll only chat if my client does. It’s their time and if they start I’ll respond and as soon as they taper off I go back to planning my shopping trip in my head 😂

The start of all my massages are conversation free but the moment the client feels comfortable enough to start talking, I am happy to engage with them. I had one client before the massage started said hey. I do not want to talk at all. I just want to relaxl. I've been going through a lot so that's all I want. 15 minutes into the massage she started opening up And for the next 40 minutes we're having a whole conversation while I am doing my job.

I always take the queue from the client. And I try my best to get them to stop talking if they start chatting too much. I also have a sign that says quiet zone and I do sound therapy so they immediately know. But some do you want to talk
