I’ve been wearing underwear my whole life. Never had an uti, yeast infection etc. Discharge is normal and healthy. Underwear is there to protect your clothes and your private parts too. You can’t convince me it’s more hygienic without it. Also the friction.-. Just change your underwear twice a day, clean yourself everyday and wear cotton underwear.
