and the test plates really don't take that long when you realize it can keep you from having to reprint an object lol. great video

Don't bother with ironing until you calibrate your top surface. Calibration model at https://makerworld.com/en/models/2083080-advanced-top-surface-guide-understand-improve#profileId-2251186.

Just unboxed my H2C as a first printer (it was a birthday/late christmas gift from my wife). I'm going to put this to great use.. I'm guessing you only need to print the calibration plate for the filament you want the nice finish from, b4 you do the primary print..

if you have a reality or a bamboo lab printer, there’s always a feature on the slicer or adaptive layer height, using that and ironing. It would help improve the surfaces of your 3-D print.

I am dumb but if i download that as 3mf object how the printer understands that that area has to print it with different settings and not as one equal file and object ?

I generally love the 3d print community. Always so helpful and welcoming to beginners. Although, I have gotten down the rabbit hole and found there are a few big printers everyone hates

Always blows my mind how such a small surface area on a nozzle can iron something so smoothly.

I want my prints to stay stuck to bed. Brand new printer. First print was with preloaded file. Then every print after lifts off bed.

30/30 is best on my bamboo a1 but I’d never recommend anyone to make a decision off a comment as you can have 19 A1s and each one can be different. Do the print test.
