was gonna comment the same thing someone else mentioned. I grew up in the 90s and it was all about matte makeup. no one wanted to be glowy. the only shine accepted was if it was frosty eye shadow or lipstick or shiny lipgloss

As someone who was a teenager in the 90s it was much more matte, brows were thinner and darker, and lips were darker.

If you are doing a 90’s face l, you are going to have to thin out those brows 😉. Please do not though, the biggest mistake us 90’s girls did. Besides that yes we were in the most perfect era
