I love hearing people nerd out about skincare honestly 🥲 I tried so many “glass skin” routines hoping my acne and dullness would disappear. Sometimes it looked better for a week then everything came back and I felt stuck. Then a girl in a women’s support group suggested Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green.
