@runnerdadlife: Nasal breathing practice during easy runs can improve breathing rhythm, strengthen your respiratory muscles, and help regulate your nervous system. It also improves CO₂ tolerance and breathing efficiency so your body uses oxygen more effectively. Practice it at lower intensities and over time your breathing becomes calmer, smoother, and more controlled. And don’t forget… keep that nose clear while you’re doing it 🤧 #nasalbreathing #runcoach #runningandbreathing #breathwork
I have a 1-mile race tomorrow. I would like some advice.

I’m just starting out running (week 3 of a 10 week beginners program). Currently on interval walk/ runs. I can’t find my rhythm with nasal breathing 2/1. I end up out of sync. Any advice of will it improve as I become ‘fitter’

I have a bit of a deviated nasal septum, I'm afraid he can't breathe very well during my run. I have a race in june of 2 km in less than 10 minutes. I have never raced seriously until now. Breathing tips in ur opinion?
