I hope someone can answer me but I’m 75kg and I try to do 6,000 steps a day , gonna up it to 10k when I get my walking pad , if I keep this up will I loose weight, or do I have to change my whole diet and do workouts on top of it?

yes! this is so true, walking made me lose weight so much ..but make sure to still exercise usually cuz then u will be left with loose skin like me😭🙏
