@succubusitdown: This is an authentic look into the struggles I face daily. I am so, so, so tired. #mcas #ehlersdanlos #chronicillness #chronicallyilllife
Idk what you take but what finally got it managed for me was 20mg Zyrtec in the am and 10mg famotidine in the pm! Plus odansetron as needed

So sorry you’re dealing with this. Makes me so sad to see people struggling with chronic illness. I’m so proud of you for speaking about this. It matters to more people than you know.

🫂 I’m living this sweet pea. Idk if it’s MCAS but I was diagnosed with Chiari in January, I hope to get tested from Ehlers Danlos soon, MCAS is on my radar to ask about…. There’s so fcking much. Send me a message if you get lonely? I’m temporarily disabled and exhausted and sad. ♥️I don’t have any friends right now myself.

Have you ever tried Hydroxyzine? I have so much luck with it and they prescribed it to me a couple of different ways but the best for me is the 50mg capsules

Holy shit this looks so heart breaking. Girl you really should start doing pain management experiments using weed and tourpines. I follow this woman who’s career is working at dispos and I think her content could help

If you haven't looked into peptides yet, BPC-157 and KPV are probably the most relevant starting points for the MCAS/EDS overlap — gut barrier repair, mast cell calming, systemic inflammation. Thymosin Alpha-1 is worth adding to the research list for the immune dysregulation piece. There's also a brand new case series (Afrin et al., 2025) showing GLP-1 receptor agonists like semaglutide directly calming mast cells, which is interesting for refractory cases. Definitely worth bringing to a doc who understands both conditions.
