@ntforge: The process of grinding the profile onto a 6" wrench karambit (sometimes spelled kerambit.) This knife has been forged from an 8" adjustable wrench. This step is done with a 2hp 2x72 belt sander and a 36 grit ceramic belt that is too worn down for grinding the faces. Doing it freehand like this can take a little extra skill, but after grinding the profile on over a thousand knives, it goes pretty easily. After the grinding, it gets hardened and tempered, and then I spend ages sharpening it, because I'm not very good at sharpening inward curves. #knife #blacksmith #sanding #forge #foryoupage
