Seasonings to me are the cheapest and most basic way to elevate “cheap” food. You can buy most for $1 each and they last forever. A good investment. That broth had to be flavorless.

You didn’t even need broth. You could have used a large stock pot, a ton of water and bought the chicken with bones (cheaper than a boneless breast) and simmered it with veggies
