Girl as someone with a SLEW of medical conditions etc you gotta see a specialist asap. Please, before its too late. If its nothing, great but if it IS the beginning of saddle nose deformity then maybe they can slow its progression etc

girl i'm a med student and to me that looks like early stages of a saddle nose deformity but you might need to see a specialist the amount of shrinkage seems bit much for it to be just puberty, is your nasal bridge slowly shrinking for years now or did it become like this recently? also do you have any complaints about your nose or having a hard time breathing?? though like i said i'm a student yet, i think you should definitely see a specialist if you didn't already

Your sinus cavity is caving in on itself. Sometimes this happens with severe allergies and sometimes it happens randomly. I would suggest going to an ENT asap and getting some testing done.
