@dustyworldtour: When I was planning my Vietnam trip, I tried my best to pick activities where the money goes directly to locals in the community. This is where my cooking class with @CocolocalFarm - HoianCooking, a family-run farm, stands out along with their kind staff. One of my favorite parts of the tour was visiting the local market in Hoi An. Our guide Suong hand picked fresh ingredients from the market stalls as many locals do daily. We used the same ingredients to make Vietnamese classics like: fried spring rolls, papaya salad, banh xeo (a crepe-like pancake), and beef pho.
