my babies first real smile was at 4 weeks!! real smiles involve the whole face, gas smiles are just the mouth usually. that baby is so happy to see you mama

I kid you not my son smiled at us the night he was born. His eyes were incredibly alert as well. It was nothing like what I expected at all. Your son must get a lot of stimulation, he has amazing neck and upper body strength!
