You know, after watching all of the parts, this dealership isn’t just terrible. It sounds like they’ve been under bad management for a while and that the GM(who said he’s new) is honestly trying to fix it, but is still having to work with remnants of the past. MOST consumers would have already given up and left out of frustration. I can’t imagine how many deals this place is missing due to their own arrogance, but due to the result of this deal, I can see that the GM does want to do the right thing. Good job with this one Tomi!!!
