complex pills with more than one type of compound are not recommended because each compound will not be as effective. you need 240-330 mg per serving of each compound. this does not have that.

I ordered this and took one pill before bed. Woke up in the middle of the night and ran to the bathroom. Worked like a massive laxative. Probably won’t take it again.
