I renewed 5 mortgages in the last year with rates from 3.8-4.3. It wasn’t the end of the world. I actually increased what I borrowed on each one which gave me an extra 800k liquid. My payments did go from like $8000 to 13,000 but the rents cover it. Values are down from 2022 but I bought them all for less so still good.
