Can you do a video or provide some insight on how to deal with/manage spondylosis. I was recently diagnosed with spondylosis.., it’s so frustrating because I have worked out for years but took off working out for about 8 or 9 months and during that time frame those interior stabilizing muscles that support my spine weakened. And I’m in PT but adjusting to lower back pain is extremely frustrating
