@jaycyj.pov: So I checked out Zhengxin Chicken Steak. They’re located in Burnaby right by Metrotown. They specialize in Chinese Fried Chicken and everyone says they’re the best so I had to try them out. I have to say.. they’re really good. I got to try: - Spicy Crispy Chicken Leg Sandwich (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) - Black Truffle Crispy Chicken Leg Sandwich - Signature Chicken Wrap (RECOMMEND) - Poutine (UNDERRATED, RECOMMEND) Each of the sandwiches and wrap had a boneless chicken leg in it so it was juicy and was battered perfectly in my opinion. They have condiments everywhere like cumin powder, plum powder and sauces, lots of ways to enhance the chicken. I personally LOVED the spicy chicken leg sandwich and to me, rivals some of my favorite chicken sandwiches in the city! Their poutine is also great, is seasoned well and uses cheese curds. Don’t sleep on it! They have water and free tea on the side but of course you can order other drinks at additional cost. From now until the end of March, they have a happy hour Monday to Friday between 2pm to 4:30pm. They offer: - any sandwich / burger ordered, you can add a drink for only $1. - BOGO 50% off snacks (appetizers) - student deal, 10.95 for a crispy chicken sandwich and a coke (must present ID) Overall, I loved my visit and would easily come back.
