guys all fountains need maintenance!! you should be washing them like a dish once every week or so to prevent bacteria build up, regardless of if the fountain has a filter or not!!!

i have the same one i recommend ppl to buy it’s low maintenance and doesn’t have a filter because it has 2 separate tanks for dirty and clean water making the refilling and dumping easier i love that it has a timer and drains out dirty water on its own and is heavy enough so ur cat cant knock it over

Except it does have a small filter that you should rinse out every so often. Otherwise, it's a great fountain. My cats drink so much more water now.
