The problem I find that, after studying a recipe, going through all the steps, and in my opinion(taste and appearance) looks great. I serve it: in this case trout almondine, the adult fam looks at it and picks without finishing. Their version of pushing it away. Effort and time wasted.

I made your garlic in oil pasta last night. I found areas that I could improve on because it wasn't perfect but it was still good. Tonight I tried the same thing again. added a little to it, adjusted some ingredients and it came out way better tonight. Practice makes perfect. Thanks Chef Moe!

Truth! Cookin good food takes a lot of confidence, and good recipes, and decent pots and pans and gadgets, a few hacks or tips and tricks and quality food. I have STILL learned so much from you and I’m probably old enough to be your mom. You’re a great instructor. Do I follow all your instructions? Nah…I make it my own but it’s always a good base, your base that gives it life!
