Im 33 & legit feel like I’ve gotten taller in the past few yrs idk if thats even possible but I’ve been 5’9 since I was 17 & just feel even taller now 😂😂

I’m turning 50 this year. I was 5’11” 30 years ago. I’m now just under 5’10”. My mom was 5’8” when she was young, she’s barely 5’5” now at 70.

I think I’ve lost about an inch in the last 10 years since my late 40s. I’m 5’11” now, but definitely used to be 6’.
