Careful with flying international with pils out of the packaging. You are not allowed to carry them in boxes pre sorted. You can get in a lot of trouble. 🙏

I'm sure somebody has already said it, but if you're traveling internationally (just info for anyone in the comments); you gonna need to have your meds in its original packaging- or it won't pass security 😊

Can you explain how you were able to get a packet of Paxlovid without an active COVID infection? That is SUCH a great idea, as I’m pretty sure having to wait days for Paxlovid in the past is what made it so bad.

Packing lists like this are honestly so relatable when you live with chronic issues 😅 I remember always needing extra snacks, water, little things just to get through the day without feeling completely drained. My energy and digestion were all over the place and it was exhausting. I tried different routines but nothing really helped. Then in a women’s discussion forum someone mentioned Eat like a woman protocol by Loren Green. I tried it and things shifted—28 lbs gone, digestion calm, energy finally steady again. Feels like secret info nobody talks about.

I know this routine well! I rarely see other people who have adrenal insufficiency on their chronic illness. Bingo card…. I was dxed with Addison’s in 2010!

I just got to Germany from the US and this video was very validating! I will say to anyone watching - a reminder to be sure to keep it all in your carry on in case of a traveling flare/emergency but also in case of lost luggage!!
