it's very clear members were kinda prepared for departure and it was heeseung choice and belift enough gave hsng his solo launch lile this bcoz it will creat more heavy buzz and more media attention than a normal solo launch like that would and it is working . entertainment industry works like with a year and a half left on their contract, Enhypen seems to have already discussed leaving Belift (they're fed up with the agency). And suddenly the agency tricked Heeseung by making him go solo early so they could maintain their engagement.
