Does not matter what you do as these builders do what ever they want, mine were given notice to fix things and did nothing, they ignore my lawyers letters and now have canceled a conciliation meeting with BPC even though they were given plenty of notice… I’m at my Witt’s end and running out of money and have no faith in our legal system with these cowboys

Hey we signed a contract in Dec 2020 then Covid hit it’s 2026 and our house isn’t finished . He kept the plastic on windows for 4 yrs it says take off so many wks after installation . It’s still on . The pit is still high . Never ending and that’s one yr on this case

Crazy how many non compliant houses are being built yet the builders seem to keep getting away with this sh*t.. further proof the council inspections are rigged that aren’t even conducted.. it’s not what you know it’s who you know.. only getting worse with the pressure being put on builders due to housing crisis cause Albanese and previous grubs are too stup*d

my builder is fishy with cutting edges off the included price of the building and upgrades. can someone tell me. if I select upgraded stairs for house. should the builder charge us less from the actual stairs price as deduction from the included default stairs price?
